China Warehousing

China Warehousing for Cross-Border E-commerce

Store inventory in China close to your suppliers, so stock is ready to fulfill without an extra international hop.

Storage

What our China warehousing covers

Storage is only useful if you can see what you have and get it out quickly. These are the parts we keep under control.

Storage close to your suppliers

Goods go from your factory or supplier into storage instead of crossing a border twice before they sell.

Receiving and put-away

Inbound cartons are received, counted and checked against your packing list before being shelved.

SKU-level stock records

Each SKU is recorded so you can see what is on hand and what is running low.

Flexible inbound

Send a full production run, a restock batch, or small top-ups as demand becomes clearer.

Discrepancy reporting

Shortages, damages or mismatched SKUs are reported rather than silently absorbed.

Ready to fulfill

Stored stock can move straight into pick & pack when orders arrive — no second inbound step.

Why store inventory in China

If your products are made in China, sending them to a warehouse in your home market and then back out to international customers adds handling, freight and import steps that do not always earn their cost. Holding stock in China keeps your inventory where it was produced and lets one pool serve every destination you sell to.

  • One inventory pool instead of splitting stock across regional warehouses
  • No import and re-export cycle before the product sells
  • Restocking from your supplier is a domestic move, not an international shipment
  • Testing a new product means holding a small batch, not importing a container

What we need to know before storing your goods

Storage arrangements depend on the product. We confirm a few things before the first carton arrives, so receiving does not stall at the door.

  • Carton dimensions, weights and how many cartons are inbound
  • SKU codes and how they are labeled on each unit or carton
  • Whether the product needs special handling — fragile, magnetic, liquid, battery
  • Whether inspection is required on arrival, and what should be checked

When China storage is the wrong answer

Being straight about it: if your customers expect one to three day domestic delivery, if your product is bulky enough that shipping dominates the unit cost, or if your return rate is high, a local warehouse usually serves you better. Many brands run both — China storage for the long tail of destinations, local fulfillment for the core market. Tell us how you sell and we will say which side your product falls on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a minimum storage volume?

Storage is quoted per account based on volume, SKU count and how long stock is expected to sit. Tell us what you plan to hold and we will confirm what is workable before you commit.

Can I ship my own goods in from my supplier?

Yes. Inbound can come from your existing supplier or factory. We will confirm the inbound details, labeling and any required documentation before dispatch.

How do I know what stock I have left?

Stock levels are recorded at SKU level from receiving onwards, and updated as orders are picked. You can request visibility on your current on-hand quantities at any time.

Can stored stock be fulfilled to multiple countries?

Yes. One inventory pool can serve multiple destinations, with the shipping line chosen per order based on destination, weight and service level.
