Yes. You can keep your current supplier and send goods to our warehouse, or arrange production through the Ding ecosystem and have it delivered inbound.

Not necessarily. You can hold stock in the warehouse, replenish in small batches, or start with a minimum stock level and scale as demand becomes predictable. We will confirm the right setup with you before your first order.

Orders can be synchronized from your store so they reach the warehouse without manual entry, and tracking numbers are written back so your customers get notified automatically. Integration options depend on your store setup.

Yes. We can receive, inspect, label, repack, bundle and prepare cartons for FBA shipments, and coordinate the freight onward. We do not claim Amazon certifications we have not been granted.

Yes, inspection can be arranged on inbound goods or before fulfillment depending on your product and requirements. What gets checked is agreed up front.

Yes. Multiple SKUs can be combined into a single sellable package, with your own packaging, inserts and labels, subject to order volume and specifications.

Pricing depends on storage volume, SKU count, order volume, pick & pack requirements, product size and weight, destination and any additional services. We quote per account rather than publishing a rate card.

International shipping options depend on the destination, product type and service level. Tell us where your customers are and we will confirm the available lines, expected transit windows and costs for that route.

Returns handling depends on the destination country and your product. We will confirm what can be received back into the warehouse and what is better resolved locally before you commit.
