Can you connect directly to my Shopify store?
Integration options depend on your store setup and which apps you use. We confirm the method that fits — direct connection or a scheduled export — before go-live, so you know exactly how orders will reach the warehouse.
Will tracking numbers be written back automatically?
That is the intent, and it is the first thing we verify with test orders. If your setup cannot support automatic write-back, we will tell you before you switch rather than leave you entering tracking by hand.
Can you fulfill orders to multiple countries from one store?
Yes. Each order is routed individually, so one inventory pool serves all of your destination markets with the line that suits each route.
Do you handle returns?
Returns handling depends on the destination country and your product. We agree what can be received back into the warehouse and what is better resolved locally before you commit to a workflow.
