Products picked from your stored inventory, packed to your specification and prepared for dispatch — one order at a time, to your standard.
Per order
What pick & pack covers
The work that turns an order line into a parcel that represents your brand.
Order picking
The SKU on the order line is picked from stored stock and verified before packing.
Packing to specification
Mailer, box, protection, insert and tape — arranged the way you want it.
Inserts and notes
Insert cards, thank-you notes or promotional material added per order.
Labeling
Barcode and shipping label placement to your specification or the carrier requirement.
Quality check at packing
An obvious defect or damaged unit can be caught before the parcel is sealed rather than after it arrives.
Dispatch preparation
Parcels are staged and handed to the shipping line selected for that destination.
Why consistent packing matters more than fast packing
A customer judges the box that arrives, not the warehouse that sent it. Consistent packing — same protection, same insert, same label position — is what stops a growing store from looking inconsistent as order volume rises.
- Packaging specification recorded so it does not drift between shipments
- Protection matched to the product, not to whatever is at hand
- Insert and labeling rules applied per order, not per batch luck
What drives pick & pack cost
Pick and pack is quoted per account because the work per order varies considerably with the product. These are the factors we look at before quoting.
- Number of items per order — a single-item parcel and a five-item parcel are different jobs
- Product protection requirements — fragile or bulky items take longer to pack
- Whether an insert, card or sticker is added per order
- Whether orders are single-SKU or mixed, and how they are stored
- Whether kitting or bundling is involved
Packing that fits the shipping line
Packing and shipping are not separate decisions. The parcel weight and dimensions you choose affect the rate you pay, and the packing method has to be acceptable to the line carrying it. We confirm both together so the parcel is compliant and not paying for air it does not need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you use our own packaging materials?
Yes. Packaging can come from your supplier, be arranged with your specification, or be sourced for you. Per-unit material cost is confirmed before you commit to branded packaging.
Do you add inserts or promotional material?
Yes — insert cards, thank-you notes or discount codes for the next order can be added per parcel. Tell us the rule and we will apply it to every order.
Can you check the product before packing?
An obvious defect or transit damage can be caught at the packing stage. Fuller inspection, with agreed check points and reporting, is handled as a separate inspection service.
Is pick & pack priced per order or per item?
Quotes are built per account, typically reflecting items per order, protection requirements and any value-added steps. We confirm the basis in writing before your first order ships.
Ready to outsource pick & pack?
